A Plymstock client requested our assistance to pursue an appeal against the planning decision requiring obscure glazing to the approved balcony balustrade…. We put together a well-argued case and submitted it to the Planning Inspectorate. Plymouth City Council put forward their own case but following full investigation, the inspector awarded in favour much to our clients appreciation.
