Point Cottage

Located in a prime waterside location, Point Cottage represented an interesting and enjoyable project. We were able to navigate a number of complex planning issues to obtain the required permission and all works were completed to with Building Regulation compliance.

A substantial internal and external renovation transforming the dwelling to high-quality residential living accommodation. Creating a large open plan arrangement at ground floor level, intelligently decorated in light tones neatly deceives the eye to the low ceiling of the original lounge and enables a fantastic transition from old to new. Within newly designed roof construction, we were able to introduce two spacious additional bedrooms and balconies with stunning views across the Yealm River.

The completed property is now a comfortable and elegant home, tastefully presented in a fresh, contemporary style. Picture frame windows afford enjoyable views over the estuary from all other rooms.
